If you look at all the poses of the hands they are names from the holy writings of the Hindu faith.
Is all this hand yoga haram? I’ve heard that anything that has to do with aligning your chakras or aura or energy is haram as it is associated with the jinns.

Yoga is a type of exercise. Exercise is not Haram in Islam.

We can do anything we want in exercise or aligning our body as long as it is not a shirk.

Well it sounds like you may have a condition known as Hyperhidrosis. By chance does any of your other family members have trouble with sweating? Your mom or dad?

You see Hyperhidrosis can be hereditary.

There are several ways to reduce sweating and just one of the ways is hygiene. There is a really cool resource I found about Hyperhidrosis and how to reduce sweating. I will attach the link below.

I hate that for you! It’s their right to choose to smoke, but that doesn’t mean they have to subject you to it. Second-hand smoke is very real. It kills something like 56,000 people in the U.S. every year and causes other health problems. Just stay away from it as much as you can, because they aren’t going to quit because of something you say unfortunately. My mom has been a smoker for almost 40 years. When I was pregnant I asked her to not smoke in my apartment and her response was, “But I’m your mother.” I flat out told her that it didn’t make a difference whose smoke it was, I didn’t want it around me.

I want to become fully certified in yoga. 7 levels I believe.
Aside from a yoga school, I have the additional option to work privately with a yoga teacher who happens to be a master(fully certified) in a handful of yoga styles and has been doing this for 40 years. He is as well certified to certify people in yoga. He teaches classes but doesn’t take time to certify people, though he does on occasion one person, not as a whole class. Ive taken many of his classes.
SO….Im trying to decide which I prefer. Working with him which would be at a YMCA studio or go to an actual school.
Pros and cons
The school…would have the zennish yoga atmosphere I love. Teaches the poses and the book aspect of it)anatomy,etc.) Books would be extra. It takes 250hrs to be certified in each level and is done on the weekends. I will be able to say I went to a legit school.

Privately with yoga master….He has great certification, great at what he does. He is tough and not zen like and focuses more on alignment, not so much on the flow style(which I prefer to teach).
Says he will have me fully certified in a year(all 7 levels). However, because he is a teacher will work only a couple hours/week with me. I will be documenting the hours I spend in various other yoga classes to make up for the required hours. Which I can do pretty comfortably. The “other” classes will be varied in style. Because he is tough, he will push me harder(Ive taken a private class with him once). I believe he can make me tough and really good. He will teach me the terms, proper alignment and what yoga moves are good for what ailment(his thing, I will probably choose to teach flow yoga,though) but wouldn’t mind having his training. It will be private so it will be all about me.
I do worry having been certified in this way, will make it harder for me to get work until I open my own studio,of course. Some people Ive talked to think the private classes are better. The book work aspect I will have to do online. he will tell me which schools are best for that online.
Another concern is he recently had a heart attack. He is no spring chicken and what if something happens to him? Where would I go? Lose my money? Start all over?
Apparently his heart attack was the result of some back issue which he is having surgery for soon. It crushed his chest or something like that. I think he has 3 herniated disks.
Overall, it seems it will cost a little more to work with him instead of a school. The beneifts I think will come of it, is I am the onyl student, he is tough and will push me hard. Is it worth it and realy better? I diont know. If it is, I am willing to spend the extra buck.

It Worked for me so I hope it will work for U! Cinnamon Gum! Every time U have a craving pop a piece in UR mouth! It will also help U with Over eating! I’m not quite sure what the cinnamon does for U but It works better than anything I’ve ever tried! Hope it works for U. It did for me and I smoked for about 20 years a pack a day. Good Luck!

you should probably try talking to her about it. she may resent you and be jealous since you are younger then her but a grade higher. also if “carmen” is in the same grade as her she probably has the opportunity to see her more and develop a closer relationship with her. sadly, these kind of things are common, it’s happened to me. People change and not always for the better

drink more water. avoid processed foods & caffeine. try changing to an antiperspirant. maintain a healthy BMI, exercise daily, and see your doctor.

The best Idea I have so far is to take one cigarette from each new pack, and stick the filtered end up a big fat persons butt, and then replacing it in the box.

The possibility of getting that one, SHOULD, put me off smoking any of them.

I was diagnosed with crohn’s, then i wasn’t, then maybe, now probably not. I have already been tested for food allergies, celiac, parasites, infection, cystic fibrosis, ect…

My parents have Kaiser insurance (we live in northern ca) but none of the doctors can help me. Is their any way to get financial assistance at a non-kaiser hospital?

Most of my dad’s relative’s have died (or dying) of cancer. My dad will only have one brother left. Colon cancer, pancriatic, and brain cancer are some of the types.

All my doctors every single one has gave up on me either refusing to see me or saying there is nothing wrong. None of the Kaiser doctors even at different hospitals will give me the time of day. I have tried switching doctors numerous times. My pediatrition won’t even do a blood test since I have been losing large amounts of blood multiple times a day.

Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

Yikes. I’m so sorry you’re going through this. My only suggestion is to try the gluten free diet on your own. There are actually quite a few false negatives for celiac. And there are other people who have gluten intolerance that is not celiac disease. All of your symptoms sound just like celiac, so that would be my first piece of advice. I hope you find some relief!

Many people also find raw food diets to be very therapeutic. You might try that to see how it affects you.
