Asalaam Alaikum!(:
I was thinking back to when there was a news post on the Yahoo! homepage talking about how yoga may be against Christianity. Does the same thing apply to Islam?
And my aunt watches this yoga master for all these things you can improve with hand yoga like losing weight, bettering your metabolism, improving your intellect, ect. And it might sound absurd but I dunno, people say they’ve had success and I wanted to try it.
And I was searching online for hand yoga and came across this site:

If you look at all the poses of the hands they are names from the holy writings of the Hindu faith.
Is all this hand yoga haram? I’ve heard that anything that has to do with aligning your chakras or aura or energy is haram as it is associated with the jinns.

Yoga is a type of exercise. Exercise is not Haram in Islam.

We can do anything we want in exercise or aligning our body as long as it is not a shirk.

How can i make my hand stop sweating so much…i think i have hydro somethin but i dont want to have to take pills and stuff so maybe just a quick fix or lotion.

here you should try this i saw it at my friends house and she said u could use it on hands under arms any heres the name
hyperhidrosis idk how you get it though…
