A Friend of mine, who is by the way, also subscribed to our feed www.asksalomon.com/feed was concerned about how using Adsense or some other PPC advertisement programs would affect his profits.

On one hand he was worried because his business website already had a good income and only had to worry about promoting their own product, so why do they need to have Adsense in the first place, he wondered. Maybe it would distract the attention of potential buyers.

On the other hand he thought that, only personal sites looking to generate some income would need Adsense, because they don’t have product to promote. If business website put Adsense, then they would look very cheap and funny.

Do you know how he changed his mind?
We’ll I asked him to come to my office ( which is my house by the way   ) and googled a few keywords for products.

After 300 searches we found out that, in 87 percent, the highest ranking websites were using Adsense or some other kind of PPC ads.

If you are thinking about implementing the Adsense or any other pay per click advertising code in your website………

The performance and quality of your site will not be affected by the use of PPC advertising. They are just an extra stream of revenue for you.

Hey,
I found a video about internet marketing and search engine optimization ( SEO ) on youtube.

I found it interesting for newbie and advanced users. In the video you will see an interview where the authors made a very good use of the ad space. To do something like that is in my to do list
