Maybe you are nervous or in a different emotional stage such as love or something. I really liked this girl and I kept waking up at night thinking about her lol. Hope I helped a little.

It could be that you have a lot of covers on and that is making you hot. You may not be hot when you go to bed but while you are sleeping and potentially moving around you get hot and thus sweat.

A tuned biological clock coupled with emotional trauma linked, indirectly or directly, with a specific time.
When of school age, I was able to wake up within a minute of the alarm clock before it went off by concentrating on the time and looking at a clock before I went to bed. Perhaps some introspection along with a trip to the psychoanalyst would do you some good.

Like many have said it could be very likely you just have to many covers on your bed.
On the other hand it is quite possible that this is the point in your sleep when you are dreaming the most vividly. There is four stages of sleep and in the REM sleep which is really stage 5 you have very very intense dreams. This is what really refreshes you. You could just be in a good sleeping habit with a constant pattern and usually reach your REM sleep around this time. If you are in love with someone or there is alot of stress in your life, this may be affecting you.
